Qita: Matāʻ-i lauḥ o qalam / Fragment: If my wealth of tablet and pen
What’s it to me if my wealth of tablet and pen were taken away
When I have dipped my fingers into the heart’s blood!

What’s it to me if a seal has been placed on my tongue
When I have put a tongue in every link of my chain!
