Zamīn, merī bahn / Earth, My Sister

O goddess Devi, I will be god Bhagvan;

I too will love you like the sun.

O Devi, I will be rain;

I will love you like water.

.

O Devi. I will be sound;

I will love you like the poet.

O Devi, I will be a plowman;

I will love you like a brother.
